1. Plan and set upcoming meetings

- remainder of monthly meetings to be determined in August
2. ASCD Conference (June 28th - 30th)
- Leander, San Marco, Pflugerville will be attending and having an informal meeting
- Day One: Alan November, 21st Century Learning
- Day Two and Three: Collaborative Work Groups (this is where T3 Participants will join together and collaborate)
- Group to report back and share plan at July 10th meeting
3. Student data to External Evaluators - see email of 6.23 with spreadsheet - also on evaluator page

- Nancy LIttle sent this out, but did not include everyone on the email
8. Results for teacher inventory
- Kathryn Ives to take care of this for group
- Data available at end of June
Todd emailed me a spreadsheet that had PISD and Leander results. I have emailed him concerning data for Bastrop, KIPP, UT Elem, San Marcos. I know that Robert has the RRISD information.
UPDATE: Todd states that this is the only T3 data in the survey. There was 1 San Marcos teacher.
9. Teachers who are leaving the district
- Group to have a collective training from Promethean
- Post names of these teachers to Discussion item name Teachers Leaving District.
- We will compile one document for the collaborative and submit to Kathy Hickock and the external evaluator.

- Ask Lori to please send updated financial info early because districts are closed during 4th of July week
